CoolCare — an AI-run local business, end to end.

I invented a Phoenix HVAC company and built everything a real one would need: brand system, a 60-second UGC ad film made entirely with AI, a conversion website, and the automations behind it — an AI lead-qualifier that replies with a price band in under a minute, and a hiring pipeline that screens, schedules, and responds to every applicant. Running cost: under $25 a month. The lead engine even flagged my own test submission as "review, not hot" — it reads.
